A word from the Councillor…

Waterford Estate security had a massive breakthrough today with the apprehension of a cable thief caught in the act of stripping cables
The foreign National was detained by Delta Blue Security and handed over to SAPS
He was part of a team of two. The two individuals were chased and eventually one of them was apprehended in the veld behind Houtkoppen.
Further details are confidential as they will form part of the investigation
I just want to express my gratitude to Jean, Justin and their dedicated team that have gone over and beyond their mandate to assist in patrolling our infrastructure for all of us in Ward 115.
On behalf of the community a huge thank you to Delta Blue Security and to Waterford Estate for allowing them and funding them to work outside their said mandate.

Lost & Found!

While conducting patrols Team Delta spotted a driverless Toyota Fortuner on the side of the road in Strubensvalley. 

During a routine inspection of the vehicle it was noted that the back window was broken. Raising members suspicion that the vehicle could be possibly stolen documents was retrieved from the vehicle using all the necessary precautions as to not contaminate a possible crime scene.

On closer inspection the owners details was retrieved whom was then contacted and was surprisingly relieved as the vehicle was indeed stolen.

Knock On Wood

The Boys from Delta Blue with the assistance from the SAPS busted a criminal ring responsible for pellet theft at a Delta protected site.

The once trusted criminal insiders, and their cohorts were caught red handed stealing pellets, and will now face the might of the law. Pellets as well money was recovered during the sting operation. A special word of thanks to the SAPS, M1, M2 and PD2 that made this success possible.

Report: Bogus City Power Officials Thwarted

While conducting crime prevention duties 4 suspects were cornered by Delta Blue Personnel attempting to steal cables in the vicinity of Waterford Estate. It was noticed by Delta members that one of the culprits was wearing City Power uniform and insignia.

During the initial confrontation the undeterred suspects tried to deceive Delta personnel in thinking that they were conducting maintenance duties. 

Due to the vigilance of Delta Blue members it became apparent to the would be suspects that they were outsmarted, resulting in the culprits chasing off in a BMW, and in so prevented from being arrested.
