Today Delta Blue assisted police as a force multiplier during cleanup operations of “Zama Zamas” who were illegally occupying land, digging for gold and just causing criminal mayhem.

While conducting patrolling duties in the Honeydew Ridge area, a Delta vehicle spotted a SAPS K-9 unit trying to gain access to a residential area complex unit.
During the apprehension of the perpetrator, Delta Blue members assisted the boys in blue by subduing the perpetrator to bring the tense situation under faster control.

Success Report: All that glitters is not Gold
Would be copper thieves caught. After a futile attempt to remove essential infrastructure, suspects were arrested with stolen goods, and tools of their trade seized by Delta members.
Suspects handed over to the relevant authorities, and will be charged accordingly.

Attempted Robbery
In a brazen attack today, 12 would be robbers attempted to rob the Cash Converters at Heathway shopping Centre. Due to the quick attacking shop owner, tables were turned and the robbers scattered in all directions, resulting in one being shot in the leg. DELTA security personnel responded to the stress call and police also arrived later to conduct their investigation. No one was arrested, but any developing stories will be reported.
