Lost & Found!

While conducting patrols Team Delta spotted a driverless Toyota Fortuner on the side of the road in Strubensvalley. 

During a routine inspection of the vehicle it was noted that the back window was broken. Raising members suspicion that the vehicle could be possibly stolen documents was retrieved from the vehicle using all the necessary precautions as to not contaminate a possible crime scene.

On closer inspection the owners details was retrieved whom was then contacted and was surprisingly relieved as the vehicle was indeed stolen.

One of our amazing team members Ghil Bancilhon stopped to assist a woman and her daughter this morning who had car issues. The lady was so grateful she sent us a shout out.

Morning Ghil,

My sincere gratitude to you for stopping this morning and checking if my daughter and I are okay and needed help. A big shout out to you and your team for the great work that you do, you took your time to stop and ensure that we are safe and waited with us until my husband arrived.

Please also convey my gratitude to the gentlemen from Delta Blue that came to ensure that all is well including the two gentlemen that checked the car and found out what the problem was. Please keep up the good work you decided to stop and ask if we were okay, metro police were standing less than 10m away. They saw the traffic we caused but did not bother to come and  find out what was happening. Thank you so much, please keep up the good work and give your support to all the women and men that may need your help. We need good people like all from Delta Blue.

Knock On Wood

The Boys from Delta Blue with the assistance from the SAPS busted a criminal ring responsible for pellet theft at a Delta protected site.

The once trusted criminal insiders, and their cohorts were caught red handed stealing pellets, and will now face the might of the law. Pellets as well money was recovered during the sting operation. A special word of thanks to the SAPS, M1, M2 and PD2 that made this success possible.

Yesterday in Kempton Park members from Delta Blue, and the SAPS stopped highjackers dead in their tracks from achieving their malicious goal.
During the attempted hijacking, a shootout ensued between the perpetrators and the responding officers.
As result of our teams commitment to service, quality training, fearlessness and persistence the perpetrators could not fulfil their evil plans.
The crime scene was attended by SAPS investigators and Forensic Crime Scene analysts.
Well done Team you made us proud.
